r333 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

01Introduction

Welcome to r333, operated at r333.run. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, the player ("you" or "User"), and r333 ("we", "us" or "r333"). They govern all use of the r333 website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and any related services.

r333 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. All services are delivered in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which together form the complete legal framework for your use of r333.

These Terms were last updated in January 2025. r333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically so you are always aware of the current rules.

02Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the r333 platform in any capacity – whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a bet – you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first interact with r333.

If you are using r333 on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms. r333 does not permit the creation of accounts on behalf of third parties under any circumstance.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which r333 operates. Where there is any conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall take precedence.

03Eligibility

To open and maintain an r333 account you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. r333 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer or agent of r333, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from r333 for breach of these Terms or any other reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and using your own funds – not those of a third party.

r333 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where satisfactory proof is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, r333 may suspend the account and withhold any pending winnings until verification is complete. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

04Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one r333 account. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination of these – is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, r333 will close all but the oldest account and may void any balances held in the duplicates.

4.2 Accurate Information

When registering at r333, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and email address. Any information you provide that is found to be false, misleading or incomplete may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r333 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. r333 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact r333 support at support@r333.run immediately.

4.4 KYC Verification

r333 may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing a withdrawal or at any other time at our discretion. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of a valid CNIC or passport and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe will result in withdrawal delays or suspension of account functionality.

05Deposits and Payments

All deposits to your r333 account are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). r333 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, Visa and Mastercard.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at r333 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are processed instantly or within a few minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to four hours depending on your bank. Visa and Mastercard payments are typically credited within 15 minutes. r333 does not charge any fees on deposits.

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. r333 does not accept deposits from third parties under any circumstance. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account reviewed. r333 does not knowingly accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal activity.

06Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed exclusively in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits where possible.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount at r333 is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

6.2 Processing Timeframes

r333 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers once the request has been approved. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours. r333 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method linked to your verified r333 account.
• If a bonus has been claimed, any wagering requirement associated with that bonus must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• r333 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification.
• Where a withdrawal is suspected to relate to suspicious activity, r333 may place the request on hold pending investigation.

6.4 Unclaimed Balances

Accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

07Bonuses and Promotions

r333 offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms listed on the relevant promotion page. In case of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New r333 players are eligible for a first deposit match bonus of up to Rs 50,000. This bonus is available once per player, per household, per device and per payment method. The bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit. Wagering requirement: 15× the bonus amount on any eligible r333 game within 14 days of credit. Failure to complete wagering within this window results in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

7.2 Reload and Cashback Bonuses

Weekly reload bonuses and cashback offers are made available to existing r333 players. Terms including minimum deposits, maximum bonus values, wagering requirements and validity periods are specified on each individual offer at the time of publication. r333 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or replace any ongoing promotion at any time.

7.3 Referral Bonuses

The r333 Refer a Friend programme pays cash bonuses to players who successfully introduce new qualifying registrations. Referral bonuses are paid as real PKR cash with no wagering requirement attached to the referral reward itself.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

r333 monitors all accounts for irregular activity that may constitute bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; making structured bets that exploit wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; collusion between accounts; and using automated betting tools. Where bonus abuse is identified, r333 may void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

08Gaming Rules

Each game available on the r333 platform operates according to its own individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before wagering real money. r333 provides a practice or demo mode for certain games to allow players to understand gameplay before committing funds.

8.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and per table. These limits are displayed within the game interface at all times. r333 reserves the right to alter bet limits at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, a game disconnection, or a software error that affects the outcome of a game round, r333 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous payout, r333 reserves the right to reclaim any incorrectly paid amount. The decision of r333 management on malfunction-related disputes is final.

8.3 Disputed Results

All game results at r333 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of dealing or spinning. r333 maintains complete records of all game activity. In the event of a disputed result, the server log shall serve as the definitive record. Players who wish to raise a dispute should contact support@r333.run within 72 hours of the relevant game round.

09Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r333 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person
• Using false or another person's identity information during registration or KYC
• Depositing or playing with funds sourced from illegal activity
• Using any software, tool or system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to hack, probe or disrupt the r333 infrastructure
• Allowing a minor to access your r333 account or play on your behalf
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions
• Facilitating money laundering through the r333 platform

10Account Suspension and Closure

r333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity
• Verification documents provided are forged, altered or belong to another person
• The account holder is under 18 years of age
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction

If your account is suspended, your access to the platform will be restricted pending investigation. r333 will communicate the outcome of any investigation by email to the address registered on the account. Where the suspension is upheld, any genuine funds held in the account (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to you using the original payment method after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to r333.

Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting support@r333.run. Where a player has opted for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools, account closure is processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

11Responsible Gaming

r333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We recognise that a small proportion of people who gamble may develop habits that are harmful to themselves or others. r333 provides the following tools and resources to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your r333 account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from r333. This action cannot be reversed and no marketing communications will be sent.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your r333 account settings. They can be activated at any time without contacting support. 12Privacy and Data Protection

r333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering at r333, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

r333 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only as required to process transactions (e.g., with payment providers such as Easypaisa and JazzCash) or as required by law. r333 uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect all personal and financial data.

You have the right to request access to the personal data r333 holds about you and to request correction of any inaccurate data. Requests should be directed to support@r333.run.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the r333 platform – including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text and promotional materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of r333 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any r333 content without prior written permission.

The r333 brand name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of r333. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

14Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r333 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the r333 platform
• Loss of winnings arising from a technical malfunction, server outage, internet disruption or any other event outside our reasonable control
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind
• The actions or omissions of any third-party payment provider

r333's total liability to any player in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the same period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by r333's negligence.

r333 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. r333 will provide notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

15Amendments to These Terms

r333 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where a change is material – meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations – r333 will provide notice via the email address registered on your account at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of the r333 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should immediately cease using r333 and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
